 | The Academy (忍者学校, Akademī; Literally meaning "Ninja School") is a huge building in Konohagakure. It consists of both a training centre for Academy students before they become genin as well as an administrative side where the Mission Assignment Desk as well as the Hokage's office is located. It was founded by Tobirama Senju, the Second Hokage. The Jōnin Standby Station is also located on the compound.

It is also one of the largest building in Konoha, towering over most other buildings. There is also the kanji for "Fire" (火) printed on the roof of the building. It is filled with many forbidden scrolls, in which lie the secrets to many techniques. Built during the reign of the First Hokage, the Hokage mansion was last occupied by Tsunade, the Fifth Hokage, before it was destroyed by the Deva Path's large scale Shinra Tensei during the invasion of Pain.
| 0 | 0 | | | The Hokage Monument, or Hokage Mountain, is the most representative trait of Konohagakure. It is a mountain that has had the faces of all the Hokage carved into the stone. During the first episode, Naruto Uzumaki painted the faces of the four Hokage as a joke, and revealed that he planned to surpass them, stating that his face will someday too be in the monument. He also did it to grab attention, as the people of Konoha despised him for having the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox sealed inside him. At the beginning of the series, the Monument had the faces of the First Hokage, the Second Hokage, the Third Hokage, and the Fourth Hokage. During the time-skip, the face of the Fifth Hokage was added to the mountain.
