[b]Description:[/b] This jutsu is a Raiton Variant of Mizukiri no Yaiba. After performing a string of handseals, the user will summon a curved, meter long rod of lightning. It can block other blades made of average materials (such as steel), but large concentrations of chakra can break through it. If the jutsu is broken, then it is still usable, just much shorter and less durable. Being made of Raiton, it can damage earth much easier than other elements, however if the user is hit by a Suiton attack it burns the user.

[b]Description:[/b] First, the user must perform a string of handseals. The user summons a large spear of lightning, which they can launch in any directions at their enemy. The power of the lightning will paralyze those it hits for 1 post, and cause minor burns, and may cut all whom it impacts. The 'blade' itself isn't sharp, but the volts on energy will cut, singe and hurt.
